Analogue Photography in a Digital World

I have been interested in photography for over 7 years now, but around a year ago I found myself standing with an old dusty film camera from my fathers’ drawer. I find film photography fascinating and I wanted to experience the entirety of this authentic, mindful process.

The beauty of human nature is perspective and while I have one take on this, other photographers have theirs- I was curious about how they see and value film photography. This documentary explores where analogue photography stands in today’s world through the eyes of people who also have experience with film photography and find it as fascinating as I do.

The documentary was conducted in the year 2021 while following the necessary coronavirus guidelines across two countries: Lithuania and Scotland.
